Our Care Plan
Here you can follow the Kokua Care plan so you know exactly what to expect, from the initial meeting of our top quality Care Coordinators through evaluation of our caregiver’s performance. Kokua Care values ‘Aloha’ and that’s what you can always expect from our Hawaii caregivers.
Step 7 – Quality Assurance
Your Client Manager as well as the KOKUA CARE Quality Control Team makes scheduled and unscheduled visits to the clients’ homes while the CareGiver is present, to evaluate the assistance being provided, the changing needs of the client, the client and caregiver relationship, etc. In addition, the Operations Manager periodically reviews each client’s care plan to make sure that the client’s needs are best served. If changes or improvements are deemed appropriate, they are immediately addressed.
All personnel are willing and eager to meet with clients, family members, and other interested parties, whenever requested, regarding the provision and scope of services, schedule changes, and any other concerns.
Through training courses, as well as many years of experience, many KOKUA CARE CareGivers have acquired expertise in specialty areas such as:
- Alzheimer’s
- Multiple Sclerosis
- Parkinson’s
- Stroke
- Hospice Care
- Sports injuries
- Auto accident injuries
