Our Care Plan

Here you can follow the Kokua Care plan so you know exactly what to expect, from the initial meeting of our top quality Care Coordinators through evaluation of our caregiver’s performance. Kokua Care values ‘Aloha’ and that’s what you can always expect from our Hawaii caregivers.

Step 6 –  Caregivers Orientation

KOKUA CARE supplies our CareGivers with a copy of the approved written care plan, directions and other information concerning the client’s care, as well as report forms that are regularly maintained. CareGivers do not report to the client’s home until they completely understand the client’s needs, requirements, and any special circumstances.
