Our Care Plan

Here you can follow the Kokua Care plan so you know exactly what to expect, from the initial meeting of our top quality Care Coordinators through evaluation of our caregiver’s performance. Kokua Care values ‘Aloha’ and that’s what you can always expect from our Hawaii caregivers.

Step 5 –  Selecting Caregivers

After the written care plan and the KOKUA CARE care service agreement is signed, the company will strive to assign to the client the optimum CareGiver(s). The Operations Manager matches the new client with the best CareGiver, based on personalities, skills, expertise, availability, interests, and attitudes. The Operations Manager reports on the status and well-being of the client to interested parties, as agreed upon by the client and Client Manager.
