Kokua Care has been providing customized, personal in-home care for many years with the mantra that There\u2019s No Place Like Home! Over these years we have come to realize that there are so many who desperately require care but for whatever reasons do not have the means to receive it.<\/p>\n
We are very pleased to announce that The Kokua Care Foundation has received Non-Profit, Foundation status as a 501 (C) (3). This undertaking began long ago so that we could raise funds through your generous donations and grants for two (2) very special programs that the Kokua Care Foundation offers to our Kupuna in need. The programs are:<\/p>\n
1. Alzheimer\u2019s \/ Dementia Care, and;
\n2. Veteran\u2019s Care<\/p>\n
Our goal is to raise funds to provide sustainable care for a minimum of 200 eligible people that meet the criteria for the Foundation\u2019s Alzheimer\u2019s\/Dementia and\/or Veterans care programs. We need YOUR HELP NOW to expand and sustain these charitable care programs for eligible Alzheimer\u2019s\/Dementia patients and Veterans. Every $275 provides more than one week of care and each $1,188 will provide at least one month\u2019s worth of care for one person. Every $14,250 raised provides approximately one year of care for one of these amazing individuals.<\/p>\n
